Where are Fiocchi products made?
While most of Fiocchi ammunition is loaded at their plant in Ozark, Missouri, Fiocchi is also importing ammunition and reloading components from their plant in Italy because of the high demand the industry has been experiencing. All products are loaded to either C.I.P. or SAAMI specifications.

Based on the 221 Remington cartridge, the 300 Blackoutcartridge loaded by Hornady is being offered in this load as well as both a subsonic load (MidwayUSA #948-223 ) and the 110 grain V-Max (MidwayUSA #195-410) supersonic load. Because of its low recoil, the supersonic load is great for recoil sensitive shooters. Also makes a great short range hunting cartridge! Built for AR-15 type platform rifles, this cartridge is compatible for guns chambered in the 300 AAC Blackout.

The patented Flex Tip bullet features an interlocking design that keeps the core of the bullet and the jacket together creating a deeper penetrating, more humane kill. Hornady 300 Blackout Subsonic Ammunition is designed for accuracy and performance below the speed of sound. The 190 grain Sub-X (Subsonic – eXpanding) bullet features a lead core. Long grooves in its gilding metal jacket combine with the bullet’s flat profile and the patented Flex Tip insert within its hollow-point cavity to help it expand reliably at low velocities. Performance of the 300 Blackout Subsonic load meets or exceeds FBI Protocol terminal ballistic test requirements.
