Hornady Superformance Ammunition 12 Gauge 2-3/4″ 300 Grain MonoFlex Sabot Slug Box of 5
Hornady Superformance slugs were specifically engineered to deliver accuracy, penetration, and extremely high weight retention from a rifled barrel shotgun. The MonoFlex bullet is a non-traditional/alternative metal construction that is a fantastic choice for all hunters. This slug round is fueled by a special blend of propellants to deliver maximum velocity for flatter trajectories and enhanced terminal performance. The slug has an internal sabot and gas seal construction which is scientifically engineered to trap gases to deliver uniform pressure and velocity for unparalled accuracy.
MonoFlex slugs combine the technology of Hornady’s bullet line and the bullet line to create a new MonoFlex slug that gives the advantage of a monolithic slug with a flexible tip. This gilding metal slug offers hunters a solid slug that will not separate, and when recovered, retains 95% of the slugs original weight. The great thing about MonoFlex slugs is that they are tougher than solid copper slugs, they do not foul barrels or increase pressure like traditional solid copper slugs will. When the MonoFlex slug impacts, the Flex Tip design opens up the slug, initiating immediate expansion even at lower velocities that are often encountered while slug hunting. This combination of slug and flex tip will deliver deep penetration, high weight retention and unbeatable power to produce a slug hunting round that will produce accurate, deadly and dependable results every time the trigger is squeezed.

Kent Bismuth High Performance Non-Toxic Upland Ammunition 12 Gauge Bismuth Non-Toxic Shot
Beginning in 1996 as a small group of sportsmen discussing the future of shotgunning, Kent Cartridge is now an international cartridge company. In 1997, Kent purchased the Activ Cartridge factory in Kearneysville, West Virginia. This gave Kent a home base in the heart of wild and wonderful West Virginia. In 1998 Kent expanded to Europe with the acquisition of the Gamebore Cartridge Company in Hull, England. The Kent-Gamebore Corporation was then formed and now carries on business throughout North America and around the world. The goal was simple, develop a non-toxic shotshell that would equal, and possibly exceed, the performance of high quality lead waterfowl loads. Constantly evolving and leading with proven performance and innovation, Kent products continue to set the benchmark.
Whether you hunt the open plains of the United States, in Europe or Britain, whether the birds are pheasant, chukkar, bobwhites, grouse or woodcock… Kent’s Upland range of products outperforms. With “drop dead” performance and consistency a day in the field means a bird in the hand.
Features
- High Density 9.6g/cc non-toxic shot, has 24% greater density than steel
- Each configuration is loaded to optimal velocities, maximizing ballistic performance
- Softer than steel and higher performance, won’t harm barrels and safe in any choke
